Used for the qualitative detection of dengue antibodies (lgG and lgM) and dengue virus NS1 antigen in serum/plasma/whole blood.
Test Principle
NS1: lf the sample contains dengue virus NS1 antigen, a colored line will appear in the test lineregion indicating a positive result, If the sample does not contain dengue virus NS1 antigen, acolored line will not appear in this region indicating a negative result.IgG/lgM: lgG /M anti-dengue, if present in the sample, will bind to the dengue conjugates. Theimmunocomplex is then captured by the reagent pre-coated on the 'T band, forming a burgundycolored 'T line, indicating a dengue lgG/M positive test result. Absence of any T lines suggestsa negative result.
