The human Chorionic Gonadotropin pregnancy rapid test kit is a rapid chromatographic immunoassayfor the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine/serum/plasma to aid in theearly detection of pregnancy. The test utilizes antibodies including a monoclonal HCG-β antibody andgoat anti-mouse laG on the nitrocellulose membrane with colloidal gold marked anti-HCG-a monoclonalantibody as an mark tracer.
